Pay by link is a payment method that allows merchants to create payment links and send them to customers by email or SMS.
The merchant creates a payment link and sends it to the customer.
After receiving the message from the merchant, the customer clicks on the link, which leads to the secure OTP Bank payment page, where the customer enters the payment card details and completes the transaction.
The final price of a product or service is agreed directly between the Customer and the Merchant before payment. By making the payment, the Customer confirms that they are familiar with the agreed terms and accept the offered price. This statement is in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Law on Obligations, the Law on Consumer Protection and the Law on Electronic Commerce of the Republic of Serbia.
All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia, the Serbian dinar (RSD). For informational display of prices in other currencies, the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia is used. The amount charged to your payment card will be expressed in your local currency through conversion at the exchange rate used by the card organizations, which cannot be known to us at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion, there may be a slight difference between the original price stated on our website and the amount shown on your payment card statement.
The law office provides legal services and does not deliver physical goods. During the purchase process, the payment confirmation is sent to the customer’s email address.

When entering payment card details, confidential information is transmitted over the public network in a protected (encrypted) form. At no time is payment card data available to our system.
The customer has the right to file a complaint regarding a paid service or a completed payment. A complaint can be submitted in writing to office@akr.rs, by phone at +381 64 1362-111 or in person at the office. The complaint should include the full name, date of payment, amount, order or payment reference number and a description of the reason for the complaint, together with proof of payment.
As soon as possible, and no later than 8 days from receipt of the complaint in writing or electronically, we will respond to your complaint and inform you of further steps. The deadline for resolving the complaint is 15 days from the date it was submitted.
Everything paid by payment card must, in the case of a refund, be returned to the payment card account.
In the case of a refund to a customer who previously paid with one of the payment cards, partially or in full, and regardless of the reason, Advokat Milutin M. Radoičić is obliged to make the refund exclusively through the VISA, EC/MC, Maestro and DinaCard payment methods, which means that the bank will, at the merchant’s request, refund the funds to the cardholder’s account.
VAT is included in the price and there are no hidden costs.
The customer has the right to unilaterally withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, without stating a reason. This right does not apply to services that have been fully performed before the withdrawal period expires.
