Milka B. Bjelica is an external associate at the joint law office “Radoičić & associates” and an attorney with extensive experience in civil proceedings.
She is highly specialized in family law, particularly in divorce, maintenance, and child custody proceedings. She is also actively engaged in corporate law, providing legal support to limited liability companies and entrepreneurs in proceedings before the Serbian Business Registers Agency.
In addition, she handles legal matters related to the residence and work of foreign nationals in Serbia, including obtaining unified permits, D visas, and registering foreign nationals’ residence after purchasing property. In 2022, she served as a member of the City Election Commission in Belgrade.
