Jelena Mladenović is a Lawyer at Radoičić and Associates Joint Law Office. She graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Belgrade with a master’s degree in law. Jelena has significant theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of company law. She is particularly interested in limited liability companies and joint stock companies, change of ownership shares within companies and rights of minority shareholders of joint stock companies.
