A special type of employment contract is a supplemental employment contract concluded by an employee who works full-time for one employer and another employer, but at most up to one third (1/3) of the full-time work provided for in the Employment Contract. The contract on additional work is concluded in written form and all other legal rules that are otherwise applied to the work contract are applied accordingly. The specificity of the contract on additional work that separates it from the contract of employment is that based on the contract of employment, the employee realizes the right to earnings, while on the basis of the contract of additional work, he realizes the right to monetary compensation that does not have the character of earnings. Also, the employment contract establishes other rights and obligations of the employee based on work.
