The subject of the motor vehicle lease agreement can be motor vehicles such as cars, buses, trucks, etc.

The lease agreement may stipulate that the Lessee bears the cost of fuel, ongoing vehicle maintenance expenses (oil changes, spark plugs, light bulbs, belts, and similar consumables, as well as tire services), and the costs of repairing damages resulting from improper or unauthorized use of the vehicle, including those caused by potential accidents not covered by compulsory vehicle insurance.

Notarization of signatures when concluding this agreement is not mandatory. However, it is advisable for lease agreements involving motor vehicles to be notarized, as it provides the lessor with evidence that the motor vehicle is not in their possession. This fact can absolve the lessor from potential liability for any violations committed by the Lessee after the lease agreement has been concluded.
